1. The object of the workshop is purely to guide, impart, interact the knowledge on staff matters and to guide how to tackle the issues at divisional & circle levels.
2. This has to felicitate to create more leadership in each circle to deal the issues confronting day to day.
3. This is further to get feedback on the issues from grass root levels to further modify and strengthen the demands at higher levels.
4. If the time allotted for interaction is fully utilized, it will be most purposeful to the delegates as well as leaders of this august movement.
5. This is our first attempt in organizing such programmes of workshop and interactions. After assessing the results and requirements, we may further decide to organize such workshops in all the four regions of the nation like, North, East, West & South. This is the prelude for our future strategy in conducting such workshops in future and so everybody should attend as per the allotment to their circle
6. Once again Circle Secretaries are reminded that the travelling & other expenses of Delegates including the Delegate fee Rs.250/- shall be borne by the respective circles only.

All the Circle Secretaries are requested to organize the workshop a grand success with full participation of the delegates allotted to their circles. Further TA/DA shall be borne by the respective divisions /Circles. Please ensure that there should be no absence from any circle. If anyone has not booked his ticket, please book today by tatkal or by any means.

Let us meet in the seminar and make it a grand success as planned and purposeful
