Our General Secretary has taken up  various  item of subjects with the appropriate  authorities
in connection with the  Tamilnadu   Circle  staff  matters.  Some  of the  items  are noted below
for  your   kind   observation.

1. Fixation of Honorarium  for accepting   TNEB bills at  MPCM Counters......
    addressed to CPMG, TN CIRCLE ON 02.06.2011.

2. Grant of peripheral HRA  to the offls. working in Pallikaranai, Medavakkam  at par with
    Chennai rates- Tambaram Dn. Reminder to Directorate  on .2.06.2011.

3. Initial grant of HRA  to the Postal staff working at  Mangadu under Avadi Camp HO-
    Reminder to Directorate  on  02.06.2011.

4. Irregularities in staff management- Case of Chennai GPO - a/t  PMG, CCR on .2.06.2011.

5. Grant of  peripheral  HRA to the officials working  in Govt. college of Engg., Karuppur,
    Mohan nagar, Salem Steel Plant in Salem  West Division.- Reminder to dte. on 02.06.2011.

6. Continued HRA to the postal staf working at Kannankurichi, Ayothiyapattinam, Dasanaikan-
    patti, Yercaud  in Salem East Dn.-  Reminder to Dte . on  02.06.2011.

7. Grant of peripheral HRA to the staff working in P.Kattur S.O., Trichy Dn.- Reminder to
    Dte . on 02.06.2011.

8. Sanctioning  of peripheral  HRA to the staff working at Manachanallur and Bikshandarkoil
    SOs in Srirangam Division - Reminder to Dte.  on 02.06.2011.

9. Grant of  peripheral HRA  to the offls. working  in Okkiyam , Doraipakkam, Palavakkam,
    Korapakkam, and  Sholinganallur at par  with Chennai City- City South Dn.- Reminder to
    Dte .  on 02.06.2011.
