Postal Directorate Issued Clarification in respect of MACP vide Memo No.4-7/(MACPS)/2009-PCC dated 20/05/2010. In this order it is clearly mentioned that " 3rd MACP to the grade pay of Rs.4200 on completion of 10 years of service in the grade pay of 2800 or 30 years of service, whichever is earlier".The order copy is placed here for the information of the members.
