Respected Sir,
Kindly refer to our Circle Union letter dt. 27.06.2014 in connection with the long pending issue of construction of septic tank at St. Thomas Mt. HPO in Chennai City South Division.
Frequently the septic tank got filled in and the sediments and foul water spreading over the main area emanating bad odour. On each and every occasion this matter was reported by the Division Union to the Divisional administration and they are attending to the cleaning work lethargically after few days or after a week .
This creates not only health hazard, but also inviting severe criticism from the common public attending the P.O. premises. Like wise this problem is cropped up during this week and was not attended to by the Divl administration till time, even after reporting of this matter to their knowledge.
Having no other go , we are bringing this matter again to the kind and personal notice of our PMG, CCR so as to intervene immediately and to settle this issue, besides speeding up of the proposal for construction of the septic tank work , without any further delay , since it is a sensitive issue.
