7th CPC TERMS OF REFERENCE MOST RETROGRADE
AND REACTIONARY
+Need Based Minimum Wage, based on 15th ILC Norms not included in the Terms.
* No reference about the DA Merger and Interim Relief
* No reflection of Staff Side demand on Date of Effect from 01.01.2014.
* 3 Lakhs of GDS of Postal Department not included in the ambit of Pay
Commission.
* No reference about the parity of pension between the past and the
present pensioners.
* Post 1.1.2004 appointees categorically excluded.
* Most retrograde and reactionary and should be unacceptable to the Staff
Side.
TN NFPE POSTAL & RMS CO-ORDINATION COMMITTEE & TN CONFEDERATION Condemns the attitude of the Government in coining the Terms of Reference without subjecting them for a final consultation with the Staff Side.
A LUNCH HOUR DEMONSTRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON BEHALF OF TN CONFEDERATION ON 07.03.2014 IN FRONT OF OFFICE OF CPMG, TN CIRCLE , ANNA SALAI, CHENNAI-2 , CONDEMNING THE ATTITUDE OF THE GOVERNMENT.
ALL COMRADES FROM THE ENTIRE CITY, FROM ALL AFFILIATES OF NFPE, CONFEDERATION ARE REQUESTED TO ATTEND IN LARGE, SO AS TO EXHIBIT THE PROGRAMME, A GRAND SUCCESS. POSTERS WILL BE SENT BY TOMORROW.
DIVISIONAL / BRANCH SECRETARIES/ CIRCLE OFFICE BEARERS ARE REQUESTED TO MOBILISE THE CADRES FOR THE PROGRAMME IN LARGE.
