You are all aware that on 04.12.2014 “Massive Parliament March” is to be held as decided by our Postal Joint Council of Action.
Our federation has decided to stimulate the participants to the tune of 20000 on behalf of NFPE and our AIPEU Group ‘C’ is put in to the responsibility of a target of not less than 4000.
The following quota is fixed taken into the proportion of membership of the circles, distance & other constraints all Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries are requested to ensure to fulfill their share. All Circle secretaries may please redistribute further to divisions/Branches as per their local conditions.

All of you are advised to scheme your travel plan well in advance as the train ticket booking may become difficult at a later stage. It is cautioned that Delhi may be in shivering cold during December and the winter dress & blankets are additionally needed.
By overcoming all the hurdles and constraints, we can able to make out the Parliament march of PJCA a great success.
Third phase of PJCA Program – Relay Dharna in front of all CO / RO from 27/10/2014 to 31/10/2014: All Circle Secretaries/ Divisional, Branch Secretaries will make this program a great success.
