MTS Recruitment Rules ( Group'D')
MTS recruitment rules- expected by first week of January 2011.
This will pave way for promotion to GDS relaxing the educational qualification. This would be an achievement only in Postal Dept. In other Central Govt. Depts. the Rectt. rules remain same viz. the minimum educational qualification for rectt. to MTS is Matriculation only. Advance thanks to our Leaders com. Krishnan and com KVS.

Ministry of Finance returned the file with some queries. Our Dept clarified and sent to Ministry for approval.
