Sub: LGO Induction training – surplus
qualified candidates in the exam held on 23/11/2014-reg.
In accordance with the
orders communicated in Circle Office letter no REP/4-1/PA/SA/14-II dated
07/10/2015 and C.O letters no STC/17-88/Ind Trg/Rlgs/2010 dated 20/10/2015 and
TRG/17-88/PA/LGO/Ind Trg/2015 dated 26/10/2015 and , the Postmaster General,
Western Region, Coimbatore-641 002 has ordered that the following LGO who are
declared as surplus qualified candidates in the LGO examination held on
23/11/2014 and allotted to Divisions/units will undergo In house training for
two weeks from 02/11/2015 to 14/11/2015 before deputing them to Institutional
training at PTC, Madurai.(from 16/11/2015 to 25/01/2016)

serving in APS is not included for
inhouse training.
Divisional Heads/Unit
Heads concerned should immediately
arrange for in-house
training for two weeks from 02/11/2015 before they are deputed for
Induction training at PTC, Madurai which is to be commenced from 16/11/2015.
All the Divisional Heads
are requested to relive the surplus qualified LGO officials of their Divisions, to their
respective Division allotted, to attend the two weeks in-house training from 02.11.2015 -14.11.2015 .
