The position of
CBS/CIS roll out office in North Eastern Circle as a whole is very bad. The
matter was brought to the notice of the appropriate authority
from time to time even in the last RJCM meeting but all our efforts
were in vain and the members of staff are worst victims and the
members of Public are worst suffers. While registering our protest, some
Trade Union actions were carried out with prior intimation to the Head
of the Circle and Divisional Heads. Lunch Hour Demonstration
programme in front of all HOs of N. E. Circle started from 13.04.2016 and
culminated with One Day Pen Down/Tool Down Strike on 27th April, 2016
with Mass Demonstration. The Postal employees of Tripura State also
followed the programme and best efforts were made to make the programme
a grand success. Some photo-graphs of Pen Down Strike of Agartala
H.O. and other HOs under NE Circle are attached for information of all
concerned.

In TN Circle, NFPE Co-Ordination Committee meeting is proposed on 10.05.2016 at PAO, Egmore to discuss and decide on programme of action to press for settlement of the urging issues.
