all GDS staff who are on provisional appointments, years together and grant their due financial benefits including
bonus. This is pending in several divisions throughout TN Circle.
Reply:-
The provisional appointment of the GDS staff have been
regularized then and there immediately after the completion of verification of
Educational Qualification certificate, Character and antecedents and community.
After completion of pre-appointment formalities, the GDS appointed on
provisional basis are being issued with regular appointment orders. Cases may
be brought to the notice of Regional PMsG for action. All cases where there is
delay due to non receipt of verification reports will be ascertained by the
Regional offices.

has been brought to the notice of Chief PMG by Service Unions that many GDS
engaged on provisional basis are not issued with regular engagement
orders and as a result they are deprived of the benefits such as
bonus, increment in TRCA etc.,
Therefore
the information in the following proforma is urgently required by Circle
office.
