Post dt. 16.1.2013 addressed to
the Secretary Posts, New
Delhi in this regard, a copy of which
is submitted herewith
for your kind reference. The letter
itself is exhaustive and nothing felt to be needed
to explain in addition, on this
matter.
It is replied by the Department that
the orders issued by the Directorate dt. 4.9..2012 are very clear and
based on that the other three Foreign Posts administrations have implemented the same, with awarding of
subsequent MACPs. They felt that there needs no further clarification for the clarifications already
made.
Hence,
we request , the personal
intervention of the CPMG, TN Circle in this
matter , so as to give suitable
instructions to the authorities
concerned at the immediate means for the
pay re-fixation and for the drawal of due arrears to the
officials connected.
