NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions contained in article 25 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union Group ‘C’, notice is hereby given to all concerned that the postponed meeting of the Central Working Committee of All India Postal Employees Union Group ‘C’ will be held from 23.06.2012 to 24.06.2012 at S. K. M. Mahal, Behind Vellore HPO, Officers Line, Vellore 632001 (Tamilnadu)

The meeting of the Central Working Committee will commence at 10:00 hours on 23.06.2012 sharp. All members of Central Working Committee and Mahila Sub Committee Members are requested to attend the meeting in time. The following shall be the items of Agenda for the Central Working Committee

AGENDA

1.      Filling up/Arrangement for the vacant post of General Secretary followed on the Superannuation of Com. K. V. Sridharan, General Secretary.

2.      Review the deferment of proposed indefinite strike from 17.01.2012 and settlement there on.
3.      Review the one day strike held on 28.02.2012
4.      Discussion on cadre restructuring including PO & RMS Accountants, System Administrators, Marketing Executives etc. and decision there on.
5.      Organisational Activities since last CWC held in October 2011
6.      Organisational Dispute in Delhi Circle.
7.      The next All India Conference.
8.      Pending Sectional issues
9.      Hand Book, Bhartiya Post and CHQ Website
10.  Any other subject with the permission of the Chair.
