புதியஉறுப்பினர் சேர்க்க புயல்வேகத்தில் செயல்படுக !
வலுவான நம் NFPE இயக்கத்திற்கு மேலும் வலு சேர்க்க எதிர் வரும்
30.04.2012 க்குள் புதிதாக பணியில் சேர்ந்த அனைத்து தோழிய / தோழர்களையும் ,தபால்காரரில் இருந்து எழுத்தராக பதவி உயர்வு பெற்ற தோழர்களையும் மாற்று சங்கத்தில் இருந்து நம் சங்கத்தில் சேர விரும்பும் தோழர்களையும் உடனே உறுப்பினராக சேர்த்திடவேண்டுகிறோம்.
உறுப்பினர் படிவ நகல் கீழே கொடுத்துள்ளோம்.
Letter of Authorisation for addition of Membership
The Directorate vide its Letter No. 18/03/2011-SR dt. 28.07.2011 clarified as inter alia:
“The Signature of Director (SR & Legal) has no relevance in regard to ‘Letters of authorization’ which may be used for change of option or for seeking new membership in the month of April every year.
All the “letter of authorization” whether bearing Director (SR & Legal)’s signature or not, applied during the month of April may be considered.”
As such any form of ‘Letter of Authorisation’ bearing the signature of Director (SR) or not is valid for submission to Divisional head. No form can be denied.
Also as per Directorate order no. 18/03/2011- SR dt. 28.07.2011 , option if any , for alteration, withdrawal or inclusion or new members is to be given in the month of April each year to DDO or any other designated authority.
