The following staff matters
may kindly be looked into
and necessary decision/action may kindly be taken in favour of the suffering staff.
1.
Rule
38 transfer case of
Smt. Shanmugamaheswari, PA, Tambaram Division seeking
transfer to Tuticorin Division.
2.
Request to redraw the long term deputed
officials now serving at PSD,
Chennai to their
parent units, in order to pave
way to the new aspirants during this year RT. Some
officials namely Sri.
Padmanabhan, PA, Anna road HPO and Smt. Vimala, SA Chennai Stg. Division are
working on deputation for the past 6/5
years respectively.
3.
Recall of PA s
deputed from Chennai GPO to other units, as assured
earlier according to their date of deputations ie.
From the first deputation list dt. 21.04.2011, since one year
has been completed and more
than 10 P.A.s are now inducted
into Chennai City South Dn. Under Rule 38/Temporary transfers.
4.
Request
to consider the extension of
tenure case of senior most Lady official on health grounds- Case of Smt. Amsabai, Ranipet
HO. She is affected with
multiple complaints,
including pressure, sugar and heart
problem and taking
continuous treatment with her
family Doctor there.
5.
Request
to settle the RT
cases of Pondichery Division.(Already addressed).
6. Closure of POs - Case of Chennai City North Dn.(Already addressed).
