With profound regards , we the constituent Unions of NFPE , Tamilnadu Circle bring forth the following
to the kind notice of our CPMG , TN
for immediate and effective
intervention , so as to settle the issue and to make peaceful, conducive
working atmosphere and Industrial peace in Tamilnadu Circle. (The references
mentioned above , along with its enclosures will reveal the details.)
1. Request for kind
intervention to cancel all victimizations unleashed against
the staff working at O/O DPA and to take suitable action to retain the book
the staff working at O/O DPA and to take suitable action to retain the book
section as in the case of other Circles.
2. Request for kind
intervention to cancel all notices issued by various Divisional
Heads
for taking disc. Action/issuing ‘Dies non’ against the members of our
Unions for taking part in the peaceful demonstration held at
R.O. on 10.01.2014 and for kind intervention to stop any
further trade union
victimization.
3. Request to restore all the abolished posts of Postman/ MTS and to make substitute
arrangements on these posts, as per court verdict and further the order of
Dte., withdrawal of combination of beats, large scale issuance of FR-17
A in Pondichery Division etc.
4. Request for kind intervention on unnecessary
calling of officials at Regional office Southern Region/Western Region, to seek explanations,
when there are Heads of offices,
Divisional Heads/Disc. Authorities well available. This violates the appellate
system as envisaged under various Disc. Rules of the Dept.
5. Request for kind intervention on the unjust RT orders issued to the SBCO staff in
Southern Region to the far off stations, violating the Dte.
guidelines, though vacancies are well available within the cluster Divisions.
