The CHQ is preparing various materials for distribution and the reception committee is also making all elaborate arrangements for the comfortable stay and historical conduct of the workshop.
The Circle Secretaries/delegates are requested to intimate their arrival to our CHQ president Com. M. Krishnan in advance over phone (Mobile 9447068125). The venue 'EMS' Academy is about the distance which takes 30 minutes from the Thiruvananthapuram railway station.
After or before arriving Thiruvananthapuram, please contact the reception committee members who will provide transportation facilities from the Railway Station/Bus Stand to the workshop venue. Please contact any one of the following three comrades for assistance.

This is our unique experience and no Circle Secretary should miss his presence in the workshop which is being held as per the unanimous decision of Kurukshetra CWC meeting.
