ORDER
The Hon’ble Bench has issued the following order:
Counsel for the applicants prays for the interim stay of the aperation and implementation of the impugned letter of the 2nd respondent dated 15.12.2009 and the impugned letter issued by the 3rd respondent dated 04.01.2010 and any revision of TRCA pending final decision of the O.A.
Considering the facts and circumstances as set out in the application and submissions made there under, we are granting the following interim direction:
“There shall be an order of status-quo as on today with regard to the impugned orders dated 15.12.2009 and 04.01.2010 in so far as the applicants are concerned until further orders.”
