இன்று PMG , CCR திரு . ராமனுஜன் அவர்களைச் சந்தித்து மாநிலச்
சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக , அவரது பதவி உயர்வுக்கு நமது வாழ்த்துக் களை தெரிவித்துக் கொண்டோம். அவரும் நமக்கு தனது நன்றி யினைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொண்டார். நம் மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் நினைவாக நம்முடைய பொதுச் செயலரின் புத்தகங்களான 'HAND BOOK 2012' யும் 'GDS REFRESHER' புத்தகத்தையும் அவருக்கு வழங்கினோம் . அவர் மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் அவற்றை படித்துப் பார்த்தார். KVS அவர்களின் திறமையை மிகவும் பாராட்டினார் .
உடன் சில ஊழியர் பிரச்சினைகளையும் அவரிடம் பேசினோம். இன்று மாலை RELIEVE ஆவதாக அவர் கூறினாலும் , நாம் அளித்த பிரச்சினைகளை உடன் தீர்த்து வைப்பதாக உறுதியளித்தார். அந்தப் பிரச்சினைகளை கீழே அளித்துள்ளோம்.

627 006 has been got elected as Divisional Secretary of our AIPEU GR. C,
Tirunelveli Divisional Branch on 18.03.2012.
He has represented with the Divisional authority for granting transfer
to the Headquarters office viz.
Palayankottai HPO under immunity grounds and
was not considered till date.
Hence he has preferred appeal with the PMG, SR in this connection on 25.05.2012.
This is his fresh election after a long
gap of more than 4 years and he has not availed any immunity during that
period.
We request
the PMG, SR, therefore, kindly
to consider his request
and to grant transfer to the elected
Divisional Secretary to the Headquarters
unit viz. Palayankottai HPO .

to reconsider the RT
cases of Pondichery Division – Reg.

First of all
our Circle Union is conveying its
sincere thanks to the PMG, CCR
for settling the RT cases of
Pondichery Division to the
maximum extent possible. It shows the
interest of the PMG, CCR
and the APMG(Staff)
on the welfare of the
working staff, for that
we thank again the Regional
administration.
On
this count , the left out
two cases deserves for re-consideration.
i)
Modification of RT case of
Sri. T.P. Venkatesan, PA, Pondichery HPO. He was originally transferred to
Kandamangalam SO and requested for modification
of tfr to any one of the offices viz. Venkatanagar,
Mudaliarpet,Ariyankuppam, Lawspet and Thattanchavady. These offices are situated under the a/cs jurisdiction of Pondichery HO. Instead of
posting him in any one of the places,
he is now shifted
to the far off Tindivanam HPO , which is at a distance of more than 50 Kms away and
farther than Kandamangalam SO.
Hence his case may kindly be
re-considered and he may be accommodated in any one of the abovesaid offices, considering his
family grounds.
ii)
Sri. K. Cathavarayane, PRI(P) , Pondichery HO
has represented during
RT for considering to any one of the vacant APM posts at Pondichery HPO, since he
could not able to cope up with the field work . He was very badly affected with
blood pressure and sugar and
continuously under treatment. He
has submitted his bunches of medical
reports and even during his duty
he was swoon and fell
in the bazaar area twice. It was
witnessed by several public. But to his fate , his request was not
considered and some juniors were
posted as APMs in the existing
vacancies. Instead he may be
given place in the office and any one of them may be posted in the
PRI(P) post. Hence
we request to consider his case and
the orders may kindly be modified.
