NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions contained in article 32 (a) of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union Group ‘C’ , notice is hereby given to all concerned that a meeting of the Circle Working Committee of All India Postal Employees Union Group ‘C’, Tamil Nadu Circle, will be held from 17.03.2012 to 18.03.2012 at MENA THIRUMANA MAHAL, OPP.TO HEAD POST OFFICE, PUDUKKOTTAI 622 001.
The meeting of the Circle Working Committee will commence sharply at 10.00 hours on 17.03.2012. All members of Circle Working Committee and Circle Mahila Sub Committee ( Special invitees ) are requested to attend the meeting in time. The following shall be the items of Agenda for the Circle Working Committee.
AGENDA
1. Review of the called off indefinite strike from 17.01.2012, our part, preparatory and
settlements thereon .
2. Review of the Nationwide General Strike on 28.02.2012, our part and Preparatory.
3. Core Banking solutions and minus balance problems.
4. Mushrooming frauds and resultant Contributory negligence problems.
5. Closure of Post Offices in Tamil Nadu Circle.
6. Extension of business hours in counters, extended counter hours, drawing officials for duty on Sundays/ Holidays.
7. Shortage of staff – real issue and our duty, engagement of outsourced agents to meet out.
8. RJCM , its utilization and our claim.
9. Trade Union Study Camp at Regional Level.
10. Organizational activities from the date of assumption of charges of the Circle Union.
11. Remittance of Quota from Branch/Divisional Unions to Circle/All India/Federation.
12. Any other subject with the permission of the Chair.
