Sub: Non grant of immunity
transfers to the union office bearers in Southern and
Western Region – Reg.
….
Immunity transfers are
totally denied to the Divisional union office bearers especially in Southern Region during the past and
recently in Wesern Region.
The following requests
of the office bearers were either turned down or not
acceded to , though recorded in the bi-monthly meeting , as ordered to extend immunity from transfer
to service union office bearers.
1. Sri. S.K. Jacob Raj,
Asst. Circle Secretary – elected as Divl. Secretary, Tirunelveli seeking
Palayankottai HO which is the
headquarters of the Divisional
union and where
Divisional office is functioning.
2. Sri. Michael Sahayaraj,
Divisional Treasurer, Dindigul Division
transferred to Gandhigram.
3. Sri. Vaithiswaran,
Divisional Treasurer, Kanniyakumari Division
seeking headquarters.
4. Sri. C. Sanjeevi,
Regional Secretary Western Region and Divisional Secretary Salem West Dn
working at Mettur Dam R.S. seeking
transfer to Salem.
5. Sri. R.V. Thiyagaraja
pandian, Regional Secretary , Southern Region transferred to a single handed non popular hill station namely Nalumukku which is
having not even
regular bus facility.
When the matter was taken
up in the bi-monthly meeting of Southern Region
held on 02.01.2003 , it is replied that
the SSPOs/SPOs will be instructed to extend immunity from transfer to
service union office bearers as
per the rules of the Dept.
But these were not transferred
into action , because of the high
level intervention, which is
against the mutual good will with the
trade union. Like wise the
request of Sri. C. Sanjeevi of Salem West is also not considered, because
of the said intervention.
This sort of attitude of the said administrator will definitely spoil the industrial atmosphere and leads to restlessness on
coming days.
Hence , this
matter is brought to the kind
and personal notice of the CPMG, TN , so as to extend immunity from transfer/ immunity transfer to
the duly elected office bearers, as
said, and to render justice.

PMG,SR அவர்களுக்கும் , CPMG, TN அவர்களுக்கும் நம் நன்றியைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.
